Welcome to the College Board Outreach and Connections Resource Center.
The mission of our organization is to connect students with college success and opportunity. All of the College Board’s outreach activities focus specifically on connecting students to information and resources that will assist them in gaining access to and success in postsecondary education.
If the U.S. is going to remain globally competitive, economically viable and culturally vibrant, we must increase the number of students who graduate with postsecondary degrees and credentials. This is especially true for students from underserved groups. Demographers predict — and statistics support — that the fastest-growing populations over the next several decades will be groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in higher education. These groups include African American, Native American, Hispanic and Asian American/Pacific Islander, as well as students who are first in their family to attend college and students from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
This site speaks directly to students, families and educators. Here you will find up-to-date information and promising practices focused on a single goal: advancing the success of all students who wish to prepare for and achieve postsecondary success.
This Relationship Development initiative is part of a larger College Board mission to increase access, equity, and success in higher education and includes our colleagues in the Advocacy & Policy Center, Government Relations, Regional Account Services and the College Completion and Success System, along with our program partners in SAT, PSAT, AP, ACCUPLACER, and ReadiStep.

Su hijo debería empezar investigando becas en su comunidad. Muchas veces cuanto más pequeña sea el área geográfica asignada a una beca, más posibilidades hay de obtenerla.

The College Board has engaged in numerous joint initiatives with Univision and coordinated ferias (fairs) to increase college knowledge and access for Latino students and their parents.
